Barcelona is one of the western Mediterranean's major refit centres, and the mainland fleet is right on our doorstep. Being a Spanish business in the middle of the Med means there's no border, no import friction, and no language gap — just a loft that turns up, reads the boat, and delivers to the yard's schedule.

◆ HOW WE WORK THE MAINLAND

Travel In, or Ship In

We travel for on-boat patterning and build remotely from CAD, photos and measurements where that's the smarter route — then ship the package in. Every job runs the same way: Race-First Design, Weathermax and Serge Ferrari cloth, one point of contact, gear that fits the boat.

Patterning visits quoted per project; remote builds ship anywhere in Spain and beyond.

WHAT WE MAKE FOR MAINLAND BOATS

The Full Range, Same Standard

Barcelona and the Catalan coast run the full range — race programmes, cruising yachts and superyachts in refit — and so does our work. Full textile packages for 30-metre-plus yachts; biminis, spray hoods and cockpit enclosures for cruisers; sail bags, boom covers and deck covers for the race fleet; and the hardware, winch and furler covers that go on every boat. Whether it's a single spray hood for a cruising yacht or a complete fitout for a race programme, it's built to the same standard.

The same loft engineers for Grand-Prix programmes and 30-metre-plus superyachts — the race fleet includes Ran, Bella Mente and Cannonball — so a mainland refit gets race-loft thinking, not a local shop's best guess.
