You send the boat's measurements, photos and CAD where available; we walk you through exactly what we need.

02 — Design & Build

We design the package to Race-First Design and build it in Palma from Weathermax and Serge Ferrari.

03 — Ship & Fit

The package ships worldwide with installation guidance; for bigger projects we'll travel to fit.

All of it runs through one point of contact — the single most important factor in getting a remote project right.

Built Remotely, Across the Fleet

We've built remotely for the full range of the fleet — Grand-Prix race yachts (TP52, ClubSwan, Maxi 72), superyachts and megayachts, classics and the J-Class, catamarans and cruising boats. And the work travels just as wide: full textile packages of 70-plus items, sail and deck bags, biminis and awnings, spray hoods and cockpit enclosures, and hardware and winch covers — all designed from your measurements and shipped ready to fit.

No Site Visit. Every Piece Fit.

We built a full ClubSwan 125 cover set remotely, with no site visit, and every piece fit on arrival. The work sits on boats from the Med to Northern Europe — Raven, Koru, Hetairos, Project Zero — and a race legacy through Ran, Bella Mente and Cannonball. Distance stops being the problem once you have accurate measurements and the right standard.
