We build race-engineered marine textiles for yachts in Italy — covers, bags and full textile packages — from our loft in Palma de Mallorca. The Italian season runs from the refit sheds of La Spezia to the start lines of Porto Cervo and Scarlino; the work travels to all of it.
◆ WHY A PALMA LOFT
Built for the Programmes Italy Races
Italy is where the Mediterranean racing calendar comes to a head — the Maxi fleet at Porto Cervo, one-design weeks at Scarlino, offshore boats staging out of the Tyrrhenian. Our founder spent twenty years building deck gear inside those programmes, from the America’s Cup to the Grand-Prix circuit, and the loft still builds for boats that race the Italian season. That’s the standard an Italian campaign calls for — gear that feels like part of the boat, not an afterthought.
◆ HOW WE WORK ITALIAN WATERS
To the Boat, or Built Remotely
We come to the boat for patterning where the project needs it, and where it doesn’t, we build remotely from CAD, photos and measurements and ship the package in — the same way we deliver to boats we never step aboard. Either way you get one point of contact and gear that fits like it was designed with the boat, not bolted on after.
Travel is quoted per project; remote builds ship worldwide.
◆ WHAT WE LOOK AFTER IN ITALY
Race Fleet and Refit, Both Handled
The Italian work splits two ways. On the race side: sail bags, boom and deck covers, quick-release gear for the Maxi, ClubSwan and one-design programmes that campaign the Italian circuit. On the refit side: full textile packages for sail and motor yachts in the yards — biminis and awnings sized to the boat, spray hoods and cockpit enclosures, and the hardware, winch and tender covers that keep a deck looking untouched. One cover or a complete fitout, sail or motor.
◆ WHERE THE WORK GOES
La Spezia, Porto Cervo, Scarlino
La Spezia anchors the refit work — full packages patterned around the yard’s schedule and delivered to the shed. Porto Cervo and the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda are the race side: covers and deck gear built to be ready when the Maxi fleet arrives in September. Marina di Scarlino is the one-design base on the Tuscan coast — ClubSwan programmes patterned and kitted between events.
Boat lying somewhere else — Liguria, the lakes, the south? The package ships to any Italian port.

It Doesn't Change With the Postcode
Whether the boat's in Palma, Antibes or Monaco, it's the same Weathermax and Serge Ferrari cloth, the same race-built patterning, the same finish. The coast changes; the standard doesn't.
